Perhaps not the best time of year to visit, but it is quiet and for the most part have the coast to yourself.
As always the North Coast of Northern Ireland didn’t disappoint, it was windy and cold but the magnificent views make up for everything. I visited the Dark Hedges for the first time, was surprised at how lovely it is and the one of the few places with a lot of visitors. The other was Giants Causeway where visitors from many different nations had come to enjoy this feature on our doorstep.
I stayed at the Premiere Inn at Coleraine which is a great location at a reasonable price, unfortunately it is set to close.
