Whilst waiting for a food delivery which never arrived I realised my order was set for Saturday and not Friday.
Raiding the fridge I took some mince, peppers, garlic and some mature grated cheddar. Chopped the garlic and peppers which I placed in a mixing bowl along with the mince. To this I added a little sea salt, ground pepper, dash of siracha sauce, splash of soy sauce and whiskey.
Mixed the lot together and placed on some foil in a sausage shape, rolled the foil and placed in oven for an hour at around 200c.
It was delicious. Quite proud of myself.
