This video is from a very special 50th anniversary concert by Bangor Ladies Choir. The choir was founded in 1976 by Mrs Isobel Reid and here we are 50 years on seeing the choir growing from strength to strength both in numbers but also in quality. Following on from Isobel Reid the choirs next conductor was Joan Houston with Elizabeth Whalley as accompanist. The choirs third musical director was the late Paul Briggs which brings us up to the current musical director Christine Crutchley supported by Joanne Cruise.
